Tow-foiling is a sport in its own right, but also a gateway to all aspects of foiling, from Wing-foil to E-foil and SUP-foil. Its a great way to experience your first foiling flights or just to practice your foot placement and stability on the foil so that you are ready to put it together with a wing, or take your foiling into the waves.
