Join us for a fun-filled adventure day of mountain biking and Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP).In the morning we will start the day with an off-road ride from Goodwood's - The Trundle which is an Iron Age hillfort on St Roche's Hill about 4 miles north of Chichester, West Sussex. With its 360 views, you are able to see all the way down to the coast and where you will be biking down to the internationally recognised Chichester Harbour. This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and bustling natural harbour won't disappoint, with plentiful wildlife, secluded creeks, and oodles of history. Stand up Paddle in a harbour that’s steeped in history, from the Romans to King Canut. Look out for Cormorants, Egrets, oystercatchers, herons, and seals. Paddle through this internationally recognised natural environment.
Cost £80pp (max of 8 people) Private groups catered for if you can't make this date.
Bring a packed lunch to eat at Itchenor, Coffee options are available.

WHAT BIKE? This route is a traditional cross-country mountain bike ride and is very flat. So a hardtail or short travel full suspension mountain bike would be perfect. Big travel bikes are welcome – just be prepared for some extra effort. This ride can be enjoyed on a mountain bike, gravel or an e-bike. If this ride is right for your level of experience and fitness, then bring your choice of bike! We have a friendly party pace vibe, and e-bike & super fit riders who find themselves first up the hill are always patient and understanding of those relying on human power alone. Ensure your bike is maintained and ready to ride, and please pack your spare mech hanger with your usual trail pack spares. E-bike riders please consider bringing a spare battery if you feel your power consumption may need for one.

Distance: 5-7km (approx.)
Technical Grade: EASY. Suitable for those with beginner SUP skills (teenager and older) with good fitness.
Departure time: 13:00 allowing a rest and some lunch between biking and SUP
